FAQs
What services are you currently offering to the community?
Currently, we are offering:
- Hands on Healing Groups at our center in Henrico County, in Northside at our satellite counseling site, and in inner-city schools
- Creative Connections workshops
- “Conversations About Grief” Educational Trainings
- School Remembrance programs
Where do you offer your programs?
We are located in Henrico County, at the corner of Pump Road and Patterson Avenue. We offer groups and Creative Connections remembrance programs at our center. In addition, we offer our groups at a church in Northside, which is located on a bus line. We also offer our Hands on Healing groups in schools across our community.
How often do you start your 8 week groups?
We usually start a new group session each month, in the evenings from 6-7:30 PM. Each group includes dinner, a family activity, and peer counseling groups. Our Creative Connections workshops are offered on Tuesday nights, once a month.
What can volunteers do at this time?
We have many needs from working directly with families to administrative tasks, so please contact Susie Nash at susie@fullcirclegriefcenter.org if you are interested in helping out.
How much will the families have to pay for the services you offer?
All programs are offered at no cost to the families who participate in our programs. We ask each family to consider making a tax-deductible donation to help with the expenses associated with the program. No family will be denied services if they cannot contribute.
